I came upon this blog, and am really enjoying your take on the various aspects of leadership. Your quotation of Emerson brought me back to my college days. He is QUITE a thinker, as well as a great leader. I recently read another blog about the personality traits of people based upon two tests spearheaded by Simon Baron-Cohen of Cambridge.
